Eta Theta was established at Texas Tech University in 1966 with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between the classroom and the corporate world. Over the decades, we have evolved into a diverse community of high-achievers who represent nearly every major on campus. We pride ourselves on being a "lifelong organization," where the professional skills gained during recruitment serve as the foundation for a career, and the bonds formed within the chapter become a permanent support system.
Beyond our professional workshops and networking events, the Eta Theta experience is defined by our presence across the Lubbock community. Whether we are competing in intramural sports, volunteering for community service, or hosting brotherhood events, our members are constantly engaged. We believe that true leadership is developed through this balance of academic rigor and social unity, ensuring that every brother leaves Texas Tech not just as a professional, but as a well-rounded leader ready to impact the world.
